Taking into account the challenges that Covid-19 has brought as a consequence and in search of initiatives that can help with the sustainability of the subsector, as well as the generation of employees, the CCC & BPO considered of great importance the development of a regulatory framework for the implementation effective form of "Telework" that can guarantee the legal security of the parties.

October, 2020.- Taking into account the challenges that Covid-19 has brought as a consequence and in search of initiatives that can help with the sustainability of the subsector, as well as the generation of employees, the CCC & BPO considered of great importance the development of a regulatory framework for the implementation effective form of "Telework" that can guarantee the legal security of the parties.

For this, he met with the MT (Ministry of Labor) raising different points to consider in the preparation of the Teleworking Regulatory Framework, which includes: general scope, on the workplace, on the rights of the parties, flexibility of the day labor, attendance control, right and way of monitoring work, reliable communication requirements, digital signature, among others.
