The CCC & BPOs, is in conversation with INFOTEP for the implementation of the pilot of the Technical-Professional program for Call Centers "Call Center Service Station Operation", which was designed at the initiative of the Cluster member company Newtech, said program aims to complete certain competencies of candidates or employees in the industry, through the acquisition of knowledge, behavioral skills, responsibilities and autonomy, which will contribute to improving the quality of employees in the sector.
