CC&BPO Council creates working committees and appoints leaders for each one
In the month of January, the work agenda of the Council of Contact Centers and BPOs began, it establishes the strategic pillars on which the Council will focus during the course of this year, which will be crucial for contribute to the strengthening and growth of this subsector.
In the month of January, the work agenda of the Council of Contact Centers and BPOs began, it establishes the strategic pillars on which the Council will focus during the course of this year, which will be crucial to contribute to the strengthening and growth of this subsector. These pillars are:
a) Education
b) Employment
c) Positioning
d) labor regulations
e) Internal strengthening
For each pillar, a work team made up of the same members of the Cluster was appointed, who will be in charge of complying with the agenda established based on each of these strategic axes.
