The Contact Centers & BPO Cluster (CC&BPO) is a working committee of the Dominican Free Zones Association that brings together national and international companies from the industry.

Our CC&BPO cluster is part of the economic revitalization in the Dominican Republic, giving Dominicans the opportunity to grow within an innovative industry in the modern services sector.

Our cluster is made up of 19 contact centers across the country.

All affiliated companies are formal and regulated under the Free Zone regime. They comply with all national and international regulations, both labor and operation, exceeding the standards of their clients and becoming models within this industry, even setting parameters that have been adopted by other countries.
