The INFOTEP (National Institute for Professional Technical Training) Pilot Plan for the Operation of Service Stations for Contact Centers, implemented at Newtech Global (a company affiliated with our cluster) was conceived in order to raise the professional level of the human capital of the contact center industry in the country, and offer specialized training aimed at people who currently work in the sector.
