Meeting with the Santiago Strategic Plan
During the months of January and February, a commission from the ADOZONA Contact Centers and BPOs Council, led by its new General Coordinator, David Crow, met three times with different work teams from the Council for the Strategic Development of Santiago (CDES) to provide industry reports. These dialogues managed to highlight the importance for the development of Santiago that Contact Centers represent, offering quality employment to more than 4,000 people in the northern region, with the potential to equalize the total employment of the Free Trade Zones sector in less than 10 years. .
