Caribbean NAP Presentation on Cybersecurity

María Waleska Álvarez, executive president of NAP del Caribe, presented to the members of the Council of Contact Centers & BPOs the opportunities for collaboration in order to reinforce cybersecurity in the sector.

The NAP of the Caribbean is the only Network Access Point in the Region, it is designed to offer disaster recovery and business continuity solutions and they are specialized in providing Datacenter, public and private cloud and Cybersecurity solutions.
