The Council of CC & BPO reaches an agreement with Newlink for the development of a public relations strategy.

The Council of CC & BPOs decided to hire the public relations services of the company NewLink for the definition and development of a communication and promotion strategy for the sector in order to improve its image in the country through the different media.

The public relations management designed by NewLink will consist of developing information content for dissemination in the different media, through public relations management with the main media, public and private institutions, among others, to create awareness of the importance of the sector. for the country and at the same time project a positive reputation that is valued by society.
