Emphasis was placed on the need to have more bilingual Dominicans, since this service industry has the capacity to generate 60,000 jobs in 5 years, being the only subsector of free zones that is above the approved minimum wage, offering a salary base of more than RD$25,000 pesos to a bilingual agent.

CONEP executives were receptive and interested in receiving and support the Adozona clusters and learn more about the subsectors of free zones.
