During the month of January, members of the ADOZONA Contact Centers and BPO Council participated in a meeting-lunch with the former President of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Leonel Fernández, in a prestigious restaurant in Santiago de los Caballeros to update him, along with his work team, of the advances in the industry in recent years.

During the month of January, members of the ADOZONA Contact Centers and BPO Council participated in a meeting-lunch with the former President of the Dominican Republic, Dr. Leonel Fernández, in a prestigious restaurant in Santiago de los Caballeros to update him, together with his work team, of the advances in the industry during the last years.

Sitting at the table of honor with Dr. Fernández, was Mr. David Crow, the new General Coordinator of the CC&BPOs Council of the country; Omar Almánzar, President Callmax, Wellingston Paniagua, COO Callmax, among others. Mr. Crow made a presentation to the attendees highlighting the growth opportunities of the industry in the country, which in the case of the province of Santiago de los Caballeros was 30% per year, thanks to the support of the public and private sectors.
