Congratulations to the 12 employees of Newtech Global, member companies of the Cluster, who graduated from the second pilot of the Contact Center Service Station Operation program at INFOTEP!
This program was designed to enhance the professional level of the human capital in the contact center industry in the country and provide specialized training for individuals currently working in the sector.
The curriculum consists of 155 hours of content, focusing on English language development and technical and soft skills, to enhance the participants’ abilities. Thanks to this program, the graduates have increased their productivity in the workplace by 17%.
