Cluster Participates in panel discussion on “Sustainability & Childhood: Responsible Companies, Profitable Companies”
On June 14th, our cluster’s General Coordinator, Giacomo Traverso, participated as a panelist in the Business Seminar “Sustainability and Childhood: Responsible Companies, Profitable Companies,” organized by UNICEF Dominican Republic.
During this discussion, policies aimed at supporting families in the workplace to balance work and family life were presented. The focus was on providing three essential resources for parents and caregivers of young children: time, finances, and services.
The companies affiliated with the Contact Centers & BPOs Cluster are committed to implementing these policies by offering benefits such as on-site childcare facilities, lactation rooms, flexible schedules, and other amenities.
