During the month of February 2019, the new General Coordinator of the Council of Contact Centers and BPOs of Free Zones was elected, Mr. David Crow, who will have the responsibility of continuing to strengthen this important Council through support for companies belonging to this industry who are affiliated with ADOZONA.

During the month of February 2019, the new General Coordinator of the Council of Contact Centers and BPOs of Free Zones was elected, Mr. David Crow, who will have the responsibility of continuing to strengthen this important Council by supporting the companies belonging to this industry that are affiliated with ADOZONA. Three years ago, said Council was formed as a working committee or “Cluster”, chaired by the former General Coordinator, Thomas Oronti, who left a work agenda to facilitate sustainable growth of the sector based on unity, education, advice and promotion.

The Sub-Coordinators of Santiago and Santo Domingo, Vittorio Dall’Omo and Luis Echevarría, respectively, were also elected.
