The Council of Contact Centers and BPOs is recognized by the Presidency of the Dominican Republic, during the celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Free Trade Zones in the country.
The Council of Contact Centers and BPOs of the Dominican Republic, was recognized yesterday by the Presidency of the Republic for its contribution in the formulation and implementation of initiatives and strategic alliances, in support of the development of the logistics sub-sector in Free Zones.

During this activity, representatives of the sector of contact centers and BPOs of Free Zones were present, some of the companies attending were: Alorica, Teleperformance, ERC, Synergies, UNO, Vixicom, DOFU International, among others.
The coordinator of the Cluster, David Crow, received this recognition.
